Channel eligibility, rejection and suspension rules
These rules apply to Telegram channels participating in TELEMONIX. A rejection means the channel is not accepted into the network; a suspension restricts a previously accepted channel. Notices identify the applicable rule and may include a review note.
Rule 1 — Adult / NSFW content
Channels distributing explicit sexual content or pornography are not eligible for TELEMONIX advertising. An age-restriction label does not make prohibited content eligible.
Rule 2 — Scams, phishing and impersonation
Do not publish scams, deceptive investment promises, malware, credential harvesting or impersonation of people, businesses or Telegram.
Rule 3 — Illegal, exploitative or abusive content
Child exploitation, hate, threats, unlawful discrimination, unlawful goods and services, and promotion of illegal violence are prohibited.
Rule 4 — Copyright and content rights
Channels must have the necessary rights to distribute their content. Unauthorized copyrighted material can lead to rejection or suspension.
Rule 5 — Ownership and bot verification
Only public Telegram channels with verified ownership and the required bot permissions are eligible. Ownership or permission checks that cannot be completed may result in rejection or suspension until resolved.
Rule 6 — Manipulated traffic and misleading information
Do not use artificial ad views or clicks, falsify audience information, or misrepresent channel content. Traffic-quality concerns may result in a restriction while reviewed.
Rule 7 — Sponsored-post integrity
Do not alter approved sponsored creatives, remove sponsorship labels or delete sponsored posts before their delivery requirements are met without authorization. Repeated unauthorized removal may restrict monetization or payouts under the platform's existing enforcement process.
Review and enforcement
Eligibility can be reviewed when channel content, ownership, permissions or traffic change. Rejection or suspension prevents new advertising bookings. Existing delivery and balances follow the agreed delivery and settlement rules; a restriction does not automatically erase earned balances or remove the bot.

If you believe a decision is incorrect, send support your channel username or ID, the rule number, the notice you received and relevant evidence or corrections. A review does not guarantee reinstatement. Contact & support
