Mini App Policy

Every Mini App is reviewed before it can show ads. A rejection or suspension notice names the rule below.

Rule 1 — Real, working Mini App

The Mini App must open from its registered Telegram bot, load correctly and offer a real function. Empty, broken, placeholder or copied apps are not approved.

Rule 2 — Bot ownership and identity

The Bot ID and @username must belong to the applicant. Impersonating Telegram, TELEMONIX or another brand is prohibited.

Rule 3 — Illegal, adult and harmful content

Apps offering illegal goods or services, adult or obscene content, hate, violence, malware, phishing or scams are prohibited.

Rule 4 — Honest rewards and earnings

Reward amounts, withdrawals and earnings must be described truthfully. Fake balances, guaranteed-profit claims and pyramid or referral-only schemes are prohibited.

Rule 5 — Fair ad placement

Ads may only be shown when a user chooses to watch a rewarded video. Forced repeat plays, bots, automated views, incentivised clicks or hiding the ad label are prohibited.

Rule 6 — Accurate category and audience

The category and description must match the app. Apps aimed at children or that collect personal data unlawfully are not eligible.

Mini App video ad campaigns

Video ad campaigns follow the full advertising policy. These rules apply specifically to Mini App video ads:

Rule 8 — Mini App video ads
Mini App video ads must be vertical, 6–15 seconds, clearly watchable and carry the 18+ label. Obscene, shocking, misleading or low-quality videos, fake system alerts and fake reward screens are prohibited.

Rule 9 — Mini App names, buttons and links
The platform name, short description, icon and button must match the linked Telegram bot or Mini App. Links must open a working destination; misleading reward promises and redirects to unrelated sites are prohibited.
